Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the information and product specifications are accurate, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors. All descriptions are for general information only and once purchased your equipment should only be used in accordance with the manufacturers instructions. Every effort is made to ensure images on this website are accurate but we cannot guarantee an exact colour match to that displayed on your screen. We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice.

LIABILITY:

All product descriptions and specifications do not constitute advice; they are for general information only. Despite regular monitoring, Cartridge Wizard cannot guarantee that our website is free from viruses and that the information on the site is up to date.

PAYMENT:

Various methods of payment are accepted, they are: cheque, Visa, MasterCard, Solo, Switch and Delta. If you would like to pay over the phone or by company or personal cheque please call 01454 777234. The online payment is taken with the order via Paypal and goods will not be dispatched until the payment has cleared.

 

PRICES:

All prices quoted on this website are inclusive of standard UK VAT where appropriate. We reserve the right to alter any price at any time, if for any reason this affects your order you will be contacted at the earliest opportunity and amend the order if you wish to do so. All items are subject to availability.

RETURNS POLICY

Our objective is to provide a wide selection of inkjet cartridge and laser toner cartridge supplies (and any associated accessories) at the best prices over the Internet and over the counter from our retail premises. For your peace of mind and happiness, we offer these terms in respect of returns and refunds for our products.

Cartridge Wizard offers all of its customers a 100% no quibble satisfaction guarantee that means that if you are not satisfied with any inkjet cartridge or laser toner product (compatible or original) you buy from us you may return it (without giving a reason if you wish) up to 14 days after receipt of your order, provided they are unused, unopened and kept in original packaging (including their documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories). Please note we do not refund Postage and/or insurance incurred if you return an item.

If you are returning goods, you must make your own arrangements for shipping goods to our premises at your cost. On successful receipt of the returned goods we will refund the full amount originally deducted within 14 days. Note we do not collect goods on your behalf. Any Items returned to us with none or not enough postage paid will not be eligible for a refund and we will request the item to be returned to you. Please ensure you use the correct amounts for postage.

For your complete satisfaction, we offer a full refund on any unwanted orders placed on our website. As per our delivery options you can email (sales@cartridgewizard.net) or call 01454 777234 within 24hrs of placing your order to notify us of any changes to your order.We act quickly to ensure products are sent to clients so if you leave it longer than 12 hours you may find your order has already been sent out to you. We will refund the full amount within 30 days of the cancellation of the order.

Any Defective products may be returned together with a copy of our invoice for a full refund.

Any claims for non-delivery or shortages must be claimed within 2 Days of receipt.

EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS:

All returns must be sent to: Cartridge Wizard. 70 Bradley Avenue, Winterbourne, Bristol. BS36 1HS. Returned goods in an unused condition are subject to a full refund provided that they are received within 14 days of delivery. If products are found to be faulty we will refund or replace the product - the decision is yours to make.
