Cartridge Wizard was started over 3 years by the founder and current owner Mrs Linda Mellor who felt that too many inkjet supply companies were selling inkjet and laser cartridges but not offering their clients enough in the way of (or next to nothing) technical support for their inkjet and laser printers.

She discovered that her team could better serve customers with highly experienced technical support for all major brands of inkjet & laser printers. This led to several months of building the company’s client portfolio into one that offered FREE technical support in comprehensive inkjet cartridge and laser toner cartridges in the United Kingdom.
